Terms of Use
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the en-view service operated by en-visage ("we", "us"). By using the service you accept them on behalf of yourself and, if you use the service for work, the organisation you represent.
1. The service
en-view lets real-estate marketing partners order photo, video and floor-plan work from vendors, deliver the results, and present them to clients. Accounts belong to an organisation (a partner or a vendor). Prices, delivery times and payment terms are those agreed with your organisation or shown when you order.
2. Your account
- Keep your sign-in details, API keys and AI-assistant keys secret. Do not share an account between people.
- Your organisation is responsible for everything done with its accounts and keys, including through the API or an AI assistant connected to the service.
- Tell us promptly if you think an account or key has been misused.
3. What you may upload
The service is for real-estate marketing material: property photos, video, floor plans, and the documents and instructions that go with an order. Do not use it as general file storage or for anything unrelated.
You are responsible for everything you or your organisation upload. By uploading you confirm that:
- you own it or have the right to use it for this purpose, including the copyright and any rights of people or property shown;
- where people are recognisable, you have what is needed under privacy law to have them shown and processed (see our Privacy Policy); and
- it is accurate, lawful and complies with section 4.
You keep all rights in your content. You give us, and the vendors working on your order, the right to store, process, edit, display and deliver it as needed to provide the service.
4. What is not allowed
You must not upload, send or share through the service:
- anything illegal, including material that sexually exploits children, incites violence or hatred, or is defamatory or fraudulent;
- sexually explicit or violent content, or other content unrelated to real-estate marketing;
- content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- malware, or anything intended to disrupt, probe or overload the service or other users.
You also must not try to get around access limits, scrape the service, or use someone else's account or keys.
5. Our rights, and reporting content
We do not check everything that is uploaded and we are not responsible for the content users upload. We may, however, remove content, refuse an order, or suspend or close an account, with or without notice, if we believe these terms or the law are broken. We may pass illegal content to the authorities where the law requires or allows it.
If you see content that you believe is illegal or breaks these terms, report it to envisage@en-visage.com with a link or order number and a short explanation. We will look at it promptly and act where it is justified.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running and your files safe, but it is provided "as is", without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by content uploaded by users, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any mandatory right you have as a consumer.
7. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the date above changes and you will be asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in. If you do not accept, you cannot continue to use the service.
9. Governing law
Swedish law applies to these terms. Disputes are settled by the Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
